This challenge really messed me up. I thought I was doing something wrong, but I guess the issue what that the data (and especially the hint!) were misleading. From scanning the solution and some others' solution, the column for "Weeks on Chart" is just wrong and should be ignored apparently. Regardless, here is my solution. I think this addresses the challenge via my interpretation at least.
