Interesting challenge. It's always fun to try to find different solutions to the same problem.

1) Use the summarize tool to calculate the average of each coordinate field.
2) Create spatial points, build a polyline, find the centroid of that line.
3) Calculate the arithmetic mean of each coordinate field using a multi-row formula tool, then return only the appropriate record.

Another fun one! My solutions are pretty similar to the rest.

This was a good challenge for experimenting with the spatial functions in the Summarize and Formula tools.
I do most spatial work in GIS, so this took a little longer than it should after some inspiration from others.
