Still working on #200 because I don't want to submit until I solve the whole thing. Took me a little bit to understand how to group by region in the reporting tool, but other than that pretty straight forward (:
Solved! Wasn't too sure of how the averages/null values were treated, so I made some assumptions. And just for fun, I wrote a quick standard macro that cleans up the text from the Chart Output.yxdb file to compare my solution with the data in the chart shown in the output!
