Nice and simple. Converted the "day" column to a date, sorted ascending by date, renamed the columns.

- Removed leading and trailing whitespace using data cleansing tool
- Parsed Date
- Sorted data ascending to order data in date order
- Used select tool to remove unrequired columns and renamed column headers
