SUBMIT YOUR IDEAWe're on to Lap 2! At this point, our drivers have finished Lap 1 and had a chance to shake off the nerves and prepare for the next lap.
The first lap had our drivers prep and profile a data set that we will use in Lap 2. This lap features the predictive tools and their use for aiding in employee retention.
Like with Lap 1, if you would like to follow the format of the Grand Prix, give yourself 2 minutes to read the prompt without touching the mouse or keyboard. Our drivers had 12 minutes to complete this exercise. Good luck!
Pictured below are our finalists @BenMoss, @mattagee, and @NicoleJohnson trying on the Grand Prix helmet.
I've been meaning to try and turn one of these weekly challenges into a functioning Rube Goldberg machine....
@patrick_digan - Be sure to send an email event to say that 'everything is good, carry on, nothing to see here'. :p
Took me longer than I was anticipating, would not have finished this lap...
Got there, but wouldn't have made it in the 12 minutes :/
No way I could have finished this in the amount of time at the Grand Prix (great job, @NicoleJohnson, btw) but did get there.
Is there some way to compare the accuracy of the models dynamically? I couldn't figure out how, so I had to run the models once and then manually pick which to input into the score tool.
Chuffed to have gotten this right in less than 12 minutes despite not having used the tools before :D
