My solution below (two similar ways, but the seconds feels more elegant):

Both solutions use the DateTimeDiff() function, but the first uses the difference in seconds then works backwards from the number of days to the number of seconds, thereby requiring increasingly long formulae for each subsequent field, where as the second solution uses the difference in days, hours, minutes, seconds and applies the Mod() function to get the remainder for hours-to-seconds fields
