First, I dropped the columns "Weekly Sales" and "Store Volume." And Rename Annual Transactions Column Using Select Tool 

Using Filter Tool To Get Customers in South Region
To find the 5 customers with the highest average transactions, I used the Sort Tool for sorting all customers "descending" and the Sample Tool to get the first 5.

Interesting to note that using other tools sorts the Customer ID in a different way so the bottom 2 of the top 5 are different customers.
