The Alteryx User Experience team is actively working to improve our customers’ product experience. To make this happen, we need the help of our users’ direct feedback and expertise. When our customers test new product ideas and features, we can better understand what they need from Alteryx to succeed in their roles.
What is the Alteryx User Experience Research Panel?
- Panelists receive email invitations to participate in research studies such as interviews, surveys, and/or testing of new product ideas and features.
- Typically, sessions are 60 minutes and surveys are less than 15 minutes.
- Studies can be completed remotely from your home or office computer.
What are the benefits of participating in user experience research?
- Gain early insights into upcoming products and features.
- Influence product development.
- Access product and research teams directly.
- Receive Amazon.com gift cards (or the Amazon.com equivalent in your country of residence) as a token of appreciation for participating in select studies.
- If your company policies do not permit you to receive monetary gift cards, you can request we donate the amount you would have received to one of the following charities.
What is the commitment Alteryx is asking for?
- No commitment is required. Participation in any study is completely voluntary.
- You can sign up to participate in a study when you have availability, and the research study topic pertains to your experience and interests.
- You can easily request to be removed from the Research Panel at any time.
