I've played guitar for many moons including a good dozen years (not ongoing) in a little rock/americana-styled bar band... Taylor Guitars are some of the the finest acoustic guitars in the world, and their factory is (according to Google maps) about a half hour from the Bay Front Hilton. They run daily factory tours at 1:00PM. I'm digesting the possibility of sneaking off to attend, possibly on Tuesday the 7th.
