Had to stop the cert program...can we restart?

I had started the cert program and unfortunately was unable to complete it as I ran into a few roadblocks.  One being access to the system was blocked by my employer (as I am trying to pivot to a analytics role and I am not in the business line, they blocked access),  The other being not having access to the internet at home.  I was far enough to get the micro cert, but was wondering if its possible to restart the program and reinstate any licenses needed to complete the cert?  Or do I have to apply again?

Thank you for reaching out. Our standard license for independent learners is 90 days. Learners that earn their Core certification are eligible to apply for a second 90-day license. We will review your request and respond to you directly soon.
