@jacobcarman When I clicked the In-person radio button, then the Vote button, I got this error:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at admin@boardhost.com to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Apache Server at poll.pollcode.com Port 443

Update: refreshed the page, selected in-person, clicked the Vote button, and it works ok, with the message "We're sorry, you've already voted in this poll"

We added a new form for in person attendees. This will help speed up the check in process once you arrive the day of the event.
