Hello Alteryx Community,
My org is running into an issue where when a user browses for an Excel file via a File browse tool on our Alteryx Gallery, nothing happens when the file is selected (sometimes it will look like a file is loading for a few seconds, but it never populates). This issue only seems to happen in our pilot and prod environments, but not on our dev gallery. It also seems to happen with files that are somewhat large, the files I'm using to test this are a little over 900KB.
I'm wondering if there is a configuration somewhere that limits file size or something like that since it's only happening in certain environments? Any help with this would be appreciated.
