Certificate not received

I have completed the designer core certification on april 6th 2023. I received the badge but I didn't recieve the certificate. Any process should i need to follow to get this?

Hi @Sriram_Vivek 

I think we only get digital badge from Credly these days. No certificate is being issued.

And I think badge is sufficient to validate skills.

Hi @Sriram_Vivek,

Do you have a Credly account? After you complete your certifications, you should receive Credly badge, and that badge can be shared on Linkedin's License and Certifications section like any other certificate.

Hello, same here, 

I have passed the core designer certification yesterday, 

I have received a message saying that I should receive an email from Credly.

Until now, there is no badge nor certificate on credly. 

The badge is visible on my profile though, any idea?

Go to Credly, find your badge, click on Share, then scroll down, and then click on download certificate.

That's it.

Hello,  I went to credly but I couldn't find the designer core badge,  There is only one badge which is the micro-credential i earned on September 1st,  This is the screenshot of my Credly now,
