Appending/Joining two tables

I have two files,  pipeline (blue checked mark)) and Annual plan (red checked mark), i'm trying to join and apend these two files so i can 1 BU and 1 month fields for both. How'd i go about doing that? whatever i did the output is not giving me what i wanted to see.
