News, events, thought leadership and more.

If you’ve attended Inspire Europe in the past, you know the Grand Prix is the ultimate challenge for users to test their data analytic skills. And, if you haven’t had the pleasure of attending Inspire Europe, let me get you up to speed (pun intended).

For over 10 years, the Grand Prix was a data analytics “racing competition.” In 2017, we made the decision to break tradition (gasp!) and switch up the Grand Prix format to be more collaborative, where three drivers joined together to form one super racing team.

Now, we’re heading back to London, where we will once again have three final contestants, or “drivers,” armed with the Alteryx platform and their own wit. They will race each other live, under the bright lights, as they work to solve a series of data challenges faster than their competitors. The goal of the evening: to prove which contestant is the master of the workflow. The audience will have the opportunity to follow along with our drivers while the race is happening, so you can see who’s in the lead in real-time.

(For a ‘behind-the-scenes perspective’ on what it takes to put on a Grand Prix, check out this post from my colleague, Scott Jones, who has been the Master of Ceremonies for several Alteryx Grand Prix races in the U.S.)
