Experiencing an authentication error when trying to run workflow on server

Hi all, 

There was a workflow that was working on the Server. All of a sudden, we've received Failure to Authenticate errors related to Sharepoint Input files. We've reconnected all input files to see if the error was resolved but the same error shows up. What would be the cause?

That would be your authentication credentials or network security.

Can you run the workflow locally with the same credentials as are used in the workflow?

If yes, then check with your network security to confirm that the Alteryx server (all nodes of the cluster) have access to the Sharepoint location.

Hi @dananthakumar ,

This is definitely something that happened with your account or credentials. I believe there is no problem from the network end, the error message would be different if it were a network problem, unlike this one.
