Hi All,
We uninstalled the Alteryx server and then we deactivated the server license from the License portal.
After that, we did a fresh installation on the same machine and tried to activate the previous license (offline activation ).
At that point getting the below error. Can someone help me to resolve this.?

Did you create a brand new license request file from the machine with the new Alteryx install?
Please make sure to create a new request file as @jNunez mentioned.

We tried to create a new license request multiple times and could see the same message.
