Hey all,

We had a build up in a queue this morning on a node and when one of the users checked their job they saw this alert below it:

Annotation 2020-08-14 102820.jpg

Has anyone encountered this before and now what it means? Our worker nodes did not go down at all, but were just backed up from a larger than normal queue.

Was the workflow assigned to s specific worker when it was scheduled?

It looks like that specific worker may be offline.

In Schedules on Server you should see the Assigned Worker column. If it has a value that could be the worker that is offline.

Hello @wwatson,

It was ran as unassigned, but we have monitors on the workers themselves and they did not go offline when this was ran. The only thing we noticed is there was a larger than normal queue, but the worker itself was not offline.

Hi @cplewis90 ,

Not an ideal solution but I ran into a similar problem with 2 customers already (workflow stuck in queue) and a manual reboot of the machine was enough to get things back to normal. But I'm not sure why this happens sometimes.

Best,

Thanks @fmvizcaino! We will try this and see if it works.
