CSV file is splitting header into a header and first row

I'm trying to input a csv file, the workflow worked fine until today when I changed the location of some of the inputs.

It's splitting the csv header into two lines: a header and row 1

The highlighted part should be part of the header not on another line. I'm not sure why it's splitting it at the "Surcharge/Discount" column. Another column has / and it didn't put it on another line.

I have the csv input set to the following:

Delimiter is a comma

Any ideas would be appreciated.

I also tried checking Option 13: AMP Only: Allow Newlines in Quoted Fields and that's not working either

Never mind, I tried just using Option 13 and not selecting anything else and it seems to work... for now.
