TISE-491: Image Template tool is loading blank pages

Environment Details

 

Image Template tool is not loading the PDF file in the configuration window for some specific formatted PDF files.

  • Alteryx Designer
    • Version >= 2022.3.1
  • Alteryx Intelligence Suite


Cause

 

TISE-491 has been logged to address this.



Resolution


While waiting for a fix, please review and see whether PDF to Text tool can be used instead. Alternatively, please consider using version 2022.1.1.
