to cleanse a data

If each person got 2 rows of data and would like to convert all to column. Also, there are 2 rows of the header (1st 2 rows of the excel file is the header) am a beginner in alteryx, able to help me?

Use RecordID and Filter on even/odd. then Join by record position:

Try "Transpose" tool under 'Transform' menu
