match the fields and get filtered data

Hey,

I have two inputs like below and need to match some set of headers and need to get different tabs based on the match, i tried with joining and then union it is not giving me desired results, can you help to dig in.

"Input 1" is contestant level data which i need to match with the "guidelines" provided and arrive final rating as per below(final version), finally i will split based on Ok & no ok in to separate tab or sheet.

Can you provide the excel file in the image.

If you use a Join and join on the three fields Like Minded, Sharp, and Bold, what output are you getting that is not correct, from the output J anchor?
