<URGENT>Output txt file for Chinese characters (non UTF method)

Hi community!

I'm reaching to the final stage of my model. And my expected output format is txt files which is coded in "ANSI"(I will generate to csv first and name the file as txt as screenshot).

This file is used to upload to system for data recon, however, the system only accept "ANSI" files.

My output contains Traditional Chinese and what I tried now is output only for UTF code which can generate such Chinese characters for the file.

Does anyone knows how to get Traditional Chinese in ANSI- related code as screenshot or any recommendation? Thanks in advance! (My version is 2019.4.8)
