highlight changes in columns

Hey,

I have a 200 column file.

1 column is normal and the very next column is the alternate.

I need to match if they both are same. If not then highlight 1 of the cell.

Like...

Name   Alt Name    City    Alt City    Country    Alt Country  ...... and so on until 200 columns (Like 100 attributes and it's alts)

Name to be matched with alt name and highlight name if they don't match.

Same with other columns.

Around 40K rows are there.

And 4-5 columns like ID are there which don't have alternate thus no matching.
