alteryx pivot table multiple columns

Hi all, 

Is it possible to create a pivot with multiple columns?
I have already found several posts but no solution leads to the correct output.

Did any of you already had the same problem or does anyone know a post that solves such a problem?

check the unknown columns box in the select then it would pass the new columns.
