Transforming data from horizontal to vertical

Trying to perform some data transformation, pretty stumped as I'm still new to Alteryx. 

My data set looks like this:

Need to transform it so it looks like this:

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Uali,

You will have to use the transpose tool. Please refer to this Tool Mastery article. You can also right click on the tool and select "Show Example" for further detail.
