Transforming Rows to Columns

I have these three columns with data.  This is how it currently looks.  The Name column has various data such as Manager, Director, User ID, Training Attendees, etc.

The output I need should look like this, but i'm not sure how to get to this point.

Hi @SyedA you can do this with a crosstab tool

Hi @SyedA

Sounds like a textbook use for the cross-tab tool:

I've tried this. This is what it results in.

Hi @SyedA can you share some mock data in a excel file for instance?

This is what my workflow looks like, the first transpose is supposed to "unpivot" the pivoted tables after the join and should result in 1000~ records but only has 50.

sorry, after the union*

this didn't work for my data - it resulted in only 50 records when I should have around 1000~.

Hi @SyedA

Can you share some data? Or the configuration of your tools?

It's very difficult to say what the issue could be based on your screenshot, however based on your description it sounds like you may have duplicate data, or need to revisit what fields you're grouping on.
