Table Tool: Default Settings

In the Table Tool, is there a way to manage default settings. 

The system is using right alignment. Want default left alignment on all fields

The system defaults to zero decimal places. I want to set a default of two decimal spaces. So I can avoid always having to change these two settings.

Not sure about the decimal places but you can use the Row Rules on the table config menu to set allignment/justification for all rows
