Return Valid Date and Then change Date Format

Hi, I'm new to Alteryx. 

In my data, i have dates such as 1932-11-16 and then I have 00000. Using the formula tool, how do I just return valid dates and not 00000 and then change the Date Format to YYYY-MM-DD
