Reporting tool- rounding off the values

when rendering (Reporting tool) to pdf, it displays whole numbers.

Eg: 0.22, 0.33,0.9 is being displayed in report as 0,0,1

Rendering it to excel also does the same except that when i click on each cell, i can view the actual decimals.

How do i fix this issue?

In the reporting tool you can set the number of decimal places for each column:
