Rename column

Could you please help me to solve this query. Actually I want to rename fields but  when I am doing this not getting the right out put.

Do you just want to rename the fields without moving the data , or change the field order, i.e. the data from column 4 ends up in Column 1?

Is the format of your data fixed?  Will the input columns always be in the same order with only these columns?  If so, just use a Select tools to rearrange the order of your fields.  If not, is this list of rules complete?  Will there always be just these 9 columns in varying orders?
