Randomly select one value of all possible ones

Hi there, hope you all fine. I am looking for some help on the following.

Example.
I have a list of X accounts that I want to randomly assign to someone as long as they fit certain criteria.
After the criteria is set, I get several accounts that can be assign to more than 1 person. That said, I am trying to figure it out how can I randomly select only outcome of all possible ones?

You need to use Random % Sample tool, but used in batch macro.
