Possible to populate a PDF form?

Subject line basically says it all. I have several data inputs/outputs and I would like to populate a pdf form. Is this possible? Has anybody heard of someone doing this?

You can use the Render tool to output to PDF. It is found in the Reporting tools.

@rarmstrong thanks for the response, but the form is already created. Think of a standard 1099 form. I just need to update some of the values within the form.

Did you ever figure this out?  I want to take data from an excel file, have it auto-fill a pdf and export into said pdf.  Is this possible?
