Pick Latest File in the folder

I would like to pick latest file in the folder

Even though data type is same 

im receiveng this error: Error: Dynamic Input (4): C__Users_Rrrr_Desktop_Latest File_File - 3.xlsx does not match a sheet or named range in File - 1.xlsx or the file is corrupted.
