Parse out Lat and Long from the same field

Hi there, I have a field 'Store Location' that has Lat and Long embedded in it with surrounding text as. What's the best way to get Lat and Long broken out into separate columns?! Appreciate the help in advance!

Just use a text to collumns with the space or tab (seems like a space, see the workflow attached).
