Output not working for a specific sheet

Hi

I have tried inserting the "Block until done" tool at the places highlighted by the red arrow. But the output for the 1st excel file is not appearing.

Any help is appreciated!

@Vanessa_JWS Seems to be your configurations are correct. After you run the workflow can you check the result window where you will see the names of the files created. Check whether the first file was created with the sheet name 'OS Bill to listing'. Please also check for any errors. Below is an example of the result window

@apathetichell - thanks I have managed to resolve this and deleting the output tool and re-inserting it with the same configiration
