My table is not rendering correctly

I am trying to create a table that has a bolded and bottom bordered header which is why I am using the reporting tools instead of an output data tool.  The problem is the table is not formatting correctly.  The table has 1,802 fields and it seems that my workflow works correctly for the first 676 fields.  Then the remaining fields are blank, but the column widths are set the same.  In addition to this, the data that should be for columns 677 - 702 exists in columns PZA:PZZ in the spreadsheet.  I have tried adjusting the custom paper size, but that hasn't helped.  Also after the spreadsheet is created, these are the issues I run into when trying to open it:

Hi @Z123456789 

My guess is that you're pushing the Render tool beyond it's limits when asking it to create 1800 columns.

I'm not sure there is a way around it.
