Multiplcation to the respective power

I have the multiplication with the respective power of figures below

Input

Amount      Power 

150                3

13.22             2

Ouput wanted

Amount      Power       Final Amount

150                3              150*10^3 = 150000

13.22             2               13.22*10*2= 1322

May i know how we build the expression above?
