Multi row formulae

Hi Team,

I am having trouble in understanding how to best write a formula for the use case i have:

1. Rows 2 & 3 are practically the same due to some upstream changes i made in my workflow

2. I require all the data in column E: AG to show zero with the exception of columns U;V;W;X [ HIGHLIGHTED IN YELLOW ATTACHED]

Thanks in adv
