Missing Macro File

When running a workflow getting the following error:-

Tool # 33: Cannot find macro "CReW_version.yxmc"

I have installed the following file in my Macro Folder

CReW_ParallelBlockUntilDone.yxmc

I do not have "CReW_version.yxmc" macro file.

The CReW_ParallelBlockUntillDone.yxmc macro needs the CReW_version.yxmc macro to work. 

I've attached it for you, just drop it in the same folder as the other macro. If that doesn't work, just manually put it in the right place within the CReW_ParallelBlockUntillDone macro :-).
