Merge columns using table tool

I have tried to merge five rows and gave one header for that, i have used table tool which gives below output,

But i am expecting below format 

how do i remove table as header or is there any other way to achieve this,

Please help me out.

Hi @Adithya_S 

If you rendered the data to table, you can't delete field names.

If you output to Excel file by Rendering Tool, you can take this way.

The start data is below.

At Delete consecutive data section, the output is below by deleting the consecutive Category data.

After that, the data is divided by the only Category field and others. And each data is rendered to table.

At Combine Horizontal section, the tables is union and combined horizontally by Summarize tool.

But at browsing by Browse tool, the result is below. 

However after rendering for the Excel file, the result is below.

 This way is good for Excel rendering only.
