Joining rows based on a name field

Hello, 

Sorry if this is a basic question as i am a new alteryx user. I have tried looking through the forum but cant seem to find an answer. 

Basically I have created the below, whereby the flow is counting each of the emails by day categories for each person. However, the final output is giving multiple lines for the same person. I want there to be one row for the persons name with the number of emails for each date category. Similar to the below pivot from excel output. Could someone confirm if possible and provide a solution please?

use the join tool joining on categories from wht you ahve generated in alteryx and team/ column in the excel

Hi Brendan, this worked perfectly! thanks so much for your help. 

Got another quick question. Have designed it so the flow create a new file for todays date when run, however i want the output to be formatted based on a template file i have saved down. Is it possible to do both?
