How to view summary of Core exam certification?

Can anyone please help me on how to view the summary for attempt 1 of the Alteryx Core Exam Certification.

You should get an e-mail with a high-level summary of your attempt. 

If you didn't get it I would suggest reaching to certification@alteryx.com

I am not sure if I am embaerssing myself here. But I learnt a lot new things while attempting the alteryx core certification exam and the micro certification exams as well. 

Is there any way we can get a summary of question and my answers from the exam?
