How to update a Drop down box with new Input file in Analytic App

Hello, Pros of Alteryx,

I am new to analytic apps, tried to find an answer, but maybe I'm doing something wrong. So, I'm wondering if someone could help me to create such an app, that would contain two questions for user:

First - choose input file with your data.

Second question - Update a field that formula uses, choosing field from updated input file.

As you can see, my research was ended on chained apps, but it didn't work, fields in Drop down still are from "Temp File". You can even see, that my fields are updated in second part of app, but drop down is with old values.

P.S. If there is any way that I can build my workflow without chained app - please, let me know too, because it seems to me it may be a bit more user-friendly and less risky to errors.

Solved :)
There is no need for Chained App usage.

You can connect "Select file" tool directly to your Drop Down or click "Generate field map for input data tool" in your "Select file" tool.
