I am not entirely sure what you want. Do you want to replace the amount within one number with the first amount of that number when the conditions are met?

Or are we really only talking about replacing everything with the Amount in the first row?

I want to use the '"Number" to locate the relation between “Account”. And to select the object which I want to change the value.

If "number" is the same and "account" is not equal 24508210 and the number of row is one.
