How to pass multiple dynamic parameters to the expression of a filter?

I have a Store Procured running against a MS database. The query has a where statement with 10 parameters as shown below. I can able to pass one parameter but when I added the rest of the parameters return no record. I am new to Alteryx and I need help how I can accomplish this? I would like user to be able to filter as their need using those parameters.

Not sure debugging it. When you run it has a workflow does it work?

Yes, it run with no error but it doesn't display any record.

Hi @fikeramare 

Given the right query your workflow should provide you with output. If there is no data then the issue might be with the starting query itself not with the interface tool 😅
