How to Read Excel File with User Restrictions Enabled?

I'm trying to open an Excel file that has been restricted by end user as "Sensitive" and "Internal only". 

Does anyone know how I can bypass this currently? Open to all suggestions.

Right now, as the idea post suggests, we have to unlock the file manually one by one in order to use them.... that defeats the whole purpose of automation at scale & the Alteryx dream.
