How to Calculate Avg. column for Values in one column by variable values from diff. field?

I want to add Average Column for Values in one column by variable values from other columns.

For example - Here It's showing Average Price column by change in Product IDs.

Product ID	Price	Average Price
XXXX	30	32.3
XXXX	32	32.3
XXXX	35	32.3
YYYY	40	42.3
YYYY	42	42.3
YYYY	45	42.3

The Summarize tool can count averages for you inclusive of 0s and also exclusive of 0s, so you can choose what is best for your requirements.
