Get and combine the data from excel sheets from multiple excel files

Hi Everyone,

I have one input folder where we have almost 40+ Excel files. Each Excel file has the same format sheets. However, I don't need the first two rows of data, but I do need to append the rest of the data sheet-wise like all the sheet1 data separately and all the sheet2 data separately. I have attached sample input and output data images for your reference. Can anyone please help with the task?
