Thank you for prompt response. I tried your suggestion and when I click on the Dynamic Input file and click on 3. Table or Query row I got this error message, "Unable to open file for read.."

No, that file is closed. Also, to more info that Excel has two worksheets and I want to use the second worksheet inside the formula tool because the second worksheet name changes everyday. Currently, what I'm doing is to change the name of the worksheet from the formula tool before running the workflow. I just want to run it automatically without the manual changing of worksheet name.
